Workshop terms and disclaimer
These terms set clear expectations for a safe, respectful educational event.
Educational scope
This workshop is educational and experiential. It does not qualify participants to diagnose or treat mental-health or medical conditions. It is not a replacement for medical, psychiatric or psychological care. Participants must use all exercises responsibly, obtain informed consent and remain within their professional competence.
Participation and consent
Experiential exercises are optional. You may observe, pause or stop. Do not participate while driving, operating machinery or in a situation where relaxation would be unsafe.
Responsible use
Do not diagnose, treat or make clinical claims without appropriate qualifications. Always obtain informed consent, respect personal agency and remain within your professional competence and applicable local requirements.
Registration and capacity
A registration is confirmed only when the confirmation screen displays a reference. If capacity is reached, you may be placed on the waitlist. Please cancel if you cannot attend so a seat can be released.
Schedule changes
The organiser may reasonably change the date, time, facilitator or format, or cancel the event. Registered participants will receive essential email updates.
Recordings and resources
Recording and resource availability is shown on the event page or in event email. Participant-sensitive or experiential sections may be excluded from a recording.
Respectful conduct
Harassment, coercion, recording without permission or unsafe practice is not permitted. The organiser may remove a participant to protect the group.
