The MindShiift collects only what is needed to register you, administer the workshop and communicate clearly.
What we collect
Your name, email and mobile number are required. Any city, country, role, experience, reason, referral or campaign fields are optional unless a workshop owner changes the form and explains why.
Why we use it
We use registration information to manage capacity, identify duplicate registrations, send essential workshop information, answer support requests and maintain consent records. Optional marketing email is used only when you choose it.
Advertising information
Campaign parameters may be recorded to understand which advertisements lead to registrations. Optional browser analytics runs only after you allow analytics cookies. Personal details are not placed in analytics URLs.
Email choices
Essential event emails cover confirmation, joining details, schedule changes, cancellation and resources connected to an event. They remain active while you are registered. Future-programme marketing is separate and may be withdrawn at any time.
The WhatsApp button opens a manual click-to-chat link. It does not send a message automatically. After you leave this site, communication occurs through WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp’s privacy terms.
Your choices
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal or communication changes by emailing sachin.s@themindshiift.com. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal or event-administration reasons.
Security and retention
Access is limited to authorised administrators. Secrets and private joining links are excluded from public pages and participant exports. Records are retained only as long as necessary under the owner’s configured retention policy.
